Arat Netib / Consultancy, Design and Build
People, place and purpose.
Arat Netib Design Co. Ltd is a multidisciplinary firm founded in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, in 2017. Since then, our practice has expanded its presence to Ontario, Canada, and Juba, South Sudan.
We work across residential, commercial, hospitality, institutional and mixed-use projects, bringing together consultancy, design and build expertise. Our clients include individual homeowners, private businesses, public institutions and non-governmental organizations.
Every project begins with an understanding of its people and context. Thoughtful design, technical knowledge and careful execution allow us to create environments that are functional, enduring and specific to the aspirations of each client.
A collaborative practice
Architects, interior designers, engineers and skilled craftspeople work together within our studio and partner network. This exchange of knowledge helps us connect creative ideas with construction realities, from early concepts and 3D visualization to precise detailing and delivery.
Our relationships are built on clear communication, transparency and shared objectives. Whether working on a private residence, a commercial interior or a larger development proposal, we approach the process as a collaboration with the people who will use and shape the space.
Build Smart
Build Smart is an integrated design and development consortium connecting architecture, engineering, construction and project management. Its coordinated approach brings feasibility, design and delivery into one conversation, supporting more informed decisions from the outset.
